Typical of Acros, this headset lower part also uses a high-quality double-sealed stainless steel angular contact ball bearing, which is filled with optimized headset grease. The two sealing washers with double lip seal keep the grease safely inside the bearing and protect it from moisture and dirt. This is a ZS version (Zero Stack - semi-integrated) with a press-fit dimension Ø of 44 mm. The bearing is completed with a fork cone with a vulcanized seal to protect the bearing from this side as well. This guarantees a long service life despite minimal maintenance.
