With the 5DEV chainring made of high-quality, anodized aluminium, your drivetrain will attract everyone's attention. But because looks aren't everything, the developers have also put a lot of thought into its function. A narrow-wide tooth profile makes the start and keeps your chain reliably in place even in the roughest of situations. Thanks to the 4 mm material thickness, even the occasional bump is no problem and every pedal stroke is converted directly into propulsion thanks to the outstanding stiffness. All these properties make it an ideal companion on your bike. Regardless of whether you are riding an extended enduro tour or a fast XC race.

Depending on the crank used, the 3 mm offset of the chainring results in a Boost (52 mm) or Wide (55 mm) chainline.

narrow-wide tooth profile
To keep the chain securely in position even without a chain guide, the teeth have a special profile consisting of alternating narrow and wide teeth.

SRAM 3-hole direct mount
The chainring is mounted directly on the crank arm and replaces the possible previous spider. The result is a tidy look that saves weight while offering excellent stiffness.
