Replacement cleats for Garmin Rally RS pedals and all other pedals with Shimano SPD SL standard. The Garmin cleats have special rubberized surfaces on the top and bottom. On the underside, they provide more grip and thus more comfortable and safer walking on smooth surfaces. The surfaces on the top serve to prevent the plates from slipping on smooth carbon soles. The plates with 3-hole mount can be moved sideways by 4 millimeters and lengthways by 9 millimeters. It is also possible to twist the plates towards the shoe.
