Stem screws, front plates and accessories
Your cockpit you always have in view and usually there are rusty steel screws on your stem, which usually has no influence on the function, but just does not look good. In addition, it becomes increasingly difficult to solve these screws without problems. Therefore, it is advisable to exchange these screws with your bike stem for new, either in original version, stainless steel or even titanium. Please do not use aluminum or carbon screws on this part.
For pure optics, the front plates can also be replaced on many stems, so that the stem can also be optically fitted to the bike.
