Lazer KinetiCore
Founded in 1919, the Belgian helmet company looks back on a long tradition and many innovations. With over 100 years of experience and after a development process of ten years, Lazer launches KinetiCore, the world's first technology for rotational protection that is directly integrated into the helmet. KinetiCore protects against directly acting forces as well as rotational forces (brain protection) in the event of an impact.
Impact protection: A series of cone-shaped blocks of EPS foam, the so-called "controlled crumple zones" protect
the head from rotational forces (brain protection) in the event of a fall by compressing them on impact, thus diverting the impact energy away from the head.
Better ventilation: The open structure of the KinetiCore design allows for innovative ventilation openings so that cool air can enter via the front and warm air can be exhausted via the openings on the back. This increases the comfort of all cyclists - no matter what range.
Low weight: A comfortable helmet must not only be well ventilated, but also light. The open structure means less plastic and EPS foam are used, so weight can be saved. In addition, the KinetiCore technology is integrated into the helmet and not an extra, which brings another weight advantage.
Reduced amount of plastic: Because less plastic and EPS foam is used than for comparable predecessor models, the ecological footprint has been improved.
