The Zipp Service Course SL stem with its modern shape and striking look is definitely an eye-catcher on any bike. Made from high-quality 7075 aluminum, it is synonymous with durability and yet low weight.
The forged construction achieves an optimal ratio between weight and rigidity. Even with hard sprints, there is no risk of bending or twisting. The clamps on the steerer tube and handlebar guarantee secure connections between the components at all times. You can also mount the stem up or down. So you have the choice between a racing or a more comfortable seating position.
The OS version is designed for fork shafts with a 1 1/4" diameter and with the enclosed shims also for 1 1/8" diameters. With 1 1/8" fork shafts, the stem inclination can be changed to +/- 4° inclination or +/- 8° inclination by turning the shim and/or the stem with the second enclosed shim.
