ZIPP Service Course SL stem OS +/- 6 Polished Black
For the coming model year Zipp has slightly revised its noble Service Course SL stem. Forged from 7075 aluminum and its further optimized form he has in his weight class a superior stiffness to weight ratio. Thus, Flex is a foreign word for the Service Course SL in hard sprints or in the final sprint. A 4-bolt handlebar clamp and large clamping ranges support the stiffness of the stem to ensure a good distribution of the clamping forces. Thus, the stem for the installation of lightweight carbon handlebars is perfect. In order to keep the weight as low as possible for clamping titanium screws used.
The Oversized variant has been developed, such as ttube used by the manufacturers and Giant Canyon for 1 1/4 inch steerer. With the supplied shims, however, the stem can be used for 1 1/8 inch steerer other frame manufacturers. The use of different shims it also allows the stem with 1 1/8 inch fork stems with +/- 4 degrees, +/- 6 degrees or +/- 8 degrees of tilt to drive. This makes the Service Course SL OS to a highly versatile stem.
Visually, it makes with its shiny black surface and white Zipp logos on each bike a good figure. Available is the stem lengths 70-130 millimeters.
