The hub body is extremely complex CNC-machined from high strength aluminum 7075TX. In the rear hub, a pulley freewheeling sitting with 36 teeth. All the intended use Italian brain lard resulted in extralight hub that can fold the technophile mountain bikers & jaw downwards.
Extralite Hyper JF
Weighing 85 grams, it is probably one of the lightest front hubs on the market which does not have to shy away from a race. Especially the oversize running hub flange of the disc side is a part of the weight of secrecy, it directly reduces the high loads, transfer the disc brakes on rims and spokes. Of course, for Extralite typical, run of the highest precision. This not only saves weight but also looks extremely good.
Extra Lites unique bearing adjustment system Micro Tuner, allows easy and externally adjust the bearing clearance. The precise adjustment of the hub bearings ensures low bearing friction and no play at the rim. On request, the bearing in a ceramic version.

Extralite Hyper JL for Lefty
Weighing 88 grams, it is probably one of the lightest on the market hub for Lefty forks.

Compatible with all Lefty Lefty and hybrid, for Lefty 2.0 and Lefty SuperMax is an optional adapter for the brake mounting required.
Extralite Hyper JR

Especially the oversize running hub flanges with the far distance are a part of the weight of secrecy, they directly reduce the high stress and worry with its stable base for an extremely rigid impeller, especially with 29ers.
Extra Lites unique bearing adjustment system Micro Tuner, allows easy and externally adjust the bearing clearance. The precise adjustment of the hub bearings ensures low bearing friction and no play at the rim. A toothed disc freewheel with 36 teeth absorbs extreme loads and provides fast response to the trails. Rarely lightness was so kombinert with low maintenance and durability.
The Ryde brand is present on the market only recently, however, takes the direct successor of the company Rigida. Rigida had over 80 years experience in the manufacturing of wheels and in 2011 by an investor group, which also includes the well-known manufacturers Sapim spokes heard purchased. Ryde Trace Trail 25
Developed as a rim for touring and racing, it stands out with a weight far below the the most 29mm wide rims. Nevertheless, the Trace Trail 25 rim high strength and stiffness with a reliable set of wheels. The large inner rim width of 25 mm ensures the tire to width 57 mm fit perfectly and thus provide optimum traction.
The rim profile of Trace Trail is designed asymmetrically and the spoke holes are consuming drilled in two directions. Thus an almost identical spoke tension on the left and the right permits and prevents bending of the spoke nipples, providing ultimately a stable and durable wheel.

Sapim CX-Ray spokes are called spokes. The middle part is butted during production to 1.5 mm in diameter and forged flat in the last step. These processes ensure a strengthening of the structure and bring forth extremely durable spokes.

Our wheels are assembled by our farmers impeller entirely by hand. While the entire structure is considered important that not only the concentricity true, but also that the spoke tension is as uniform as possible. The special care allows us to give a lifetime guarantee against spoke breakage as long as this was not caused by force!
