DT Swiss 350 NON Disc front

The 350 hubs are designed to be extremely user-friendly, so no play must be set and the maintenance intervals are needed, if at all, only at long intervals. If, after tens of thousands of kilometers it out a service be necessary, the hubs can be thanks to the DT Swiss plug system dismantled and serviced within minutes without special tools. The years-proven flange geometry forms the perfect basis for durable and rigid wheels.

DT Swiss 240S Disc front NON

The 240S hubs are as easy to use design as the 350s, so no play must be set and the maintenance intervals are needed, if at all, only at long intervals. A weight optimization of the hub body and the use of easy-rolling stainless steel bearings are the ideal basis for lightweight, durable and stable wheels.


DT Swiss 180 Carbon Ceramic NON Disc front

Following the motto never change a running system DT Swiss has its high-end only slightly revised hub of 180 series. Same is the minimalist weight with extremely high stiffness, which is conceded by a central part of unidirectional carbon on the hub body. The stiffness at the hub body is used, the load on the spokes evenly distribute. Driving and braking forces are transmitted better from both Speichenflanschen on all spokes. Unilateral load peaks are prevented what hub, spokes and rim saves.

DT Swiss hubs stand for easiest installation and highest reliability. The latter is achieved with the 180 hub with smooth, durable hybrid ceramic bearings. Through the use of expensive seals and the loads customized bearing sizes the hubs do not require adjusting the bearing clearance. So the driver has to worry about the function of the hub over the years!

Ryde rim 28 "| 700C Road Pulse Sprint Clincher

Very lightweight aluminum rim with only 395 g! Thanks to wide rim profile and 17.8 mm inner width, it offers the tires regular support width very good stiffness values. The wacky rim flange are a guarantee for optimum braking performance.
The rim is ideal for use on the front wheel. For optimum stiffness at the rear we have the Ryde Pulse Sprint OS on offer.

Sapim CX-Ray

Sapim CX-Ray spokes are called spokes. The middle part is butted during production to 1.5 mm in diameter and forged flat in the last step. These processes ensure a strengthening of the structure and bring forth extremely durable spokes. The spokes are protected from the weather by a black surface treatment.


Wheel building at R2-Bike

Our wheels are assembled by our farmers impeller entirely by hand. While the entire structure is placed value that not only the concentricity true, but also that the spoke tension is as uniform as possible. The special care allows us to give a lifetime guarantee against spoke breakage as long as this was not caused by force!
