The 240s hubs belong more to DT Swiss than the company name itself. On these hubs, the reputation of the reliable components from Switzerland has been established. The stainless steel bearings of the hubs sometimes last a lot longer than many drivers are accustomed to. In addition, there is the freewheel system, in which two spring-mounted toothed discs mesh. This system can withstand high loads without problems and ensures safe driving!For the most part, the hubs can be retrofitted to the most common axle standards by changing the end caps.
Note: Select the 240S hub with a 15 mm axle shaft at the front IS2000 6-hole disc mount, so we block the 240S OS (Oversized hub + 30g). NoTubes Arch EX The ZTR Arch MK3 was developed with the input of the Enduro World Series teams. In spite of a huge 5 millimeters enlarged inner area compared to Arch EX, the Americans could even reduce the weight of the MK3 to a minimum and at the same time increase the stiffness. This is made possible by the new rim construction inspired by the Notubes carbon rims. Due to the inner width, which is increased to 26 millimeters, the tire gains volume and sits more firmly on the rim at low air pressure. According to the Notubes Wide-Right system, the width of the Arch MK3 has been optimized for 2.25 inch to 2.5 inch tires. The Bead Socket Technology, which has been refined over the years, and its superior tubeless properties, has remained the same as the previous version. Thanks to an extra low rim flange, the tire can fully unfold and the tire volume increases compared to a conventional rim. This leads to a lower rolling resistance and better damping behavior.
Sapim CX-Ray spokes are so-called knife spokes. The middle section is confined to 1.5 mm diameter during production and flat forged in the last working step. These processes provide a solidification of the structure and produce extremely durable spokes.
