As is customary in the high-end segment today, the Urta SLR is made of high-quality HUS-MOD carbon, which is processed in a monocoque construction. These fibers stand for low weight, stability and durability. The many years of experience of Wilier engineers have resulted in a stiff and highly functional frame. This is fully geared towards propulsion. A short rear triangle and the 69° steering angle also make it very maneuverable and agile.
The very sensitive response and the progressive suspension characteristic let you literally glide over the ground and give you sufficient traction, safety and comfort at all times. The supplied Fox Float DPS shock can be optimally adjusted to your needs. The designers placed it well protected under the top tube. This also allowed the upper link suspension to be perfectly integrated into the frame.
In contrast to many other fullys, you have the option of mounting a second bottle cage here. This means that your hydration is guaranteed even over long distances.
The look is in no way inferior to the inner values. The flowing transitions, the flawless finish and the impact-resistant paint are evidence of a love of detail that is unfortunately not often found in bicycle construction today. In addition, all cables and lines run inside. In addition to their elegant aesthetics, they are therefore well protected from dirt and branches. And if the going gets rough, the perfectly integrated chain guide keeps the chain securely on the drivetrain at all times. In addition, a silicone coating protects the stays from damage and dampens annoying impact noises.

Rear triangle with swing arm technology
The rear triangle was developed with active swing arm technology. This offers the best compromise between vertical flexibility and lateral stiffness. The latter is further enhanced by the high pivot point. Furthermore, negative drive and braking influences are largely eliminated.
UDH™ derailleur hanger
Wilier has equipped this frame for the future by using the UDH™ derailleur hanger. Developed by SRAM, it can be used by any frame manufacturer and is intended to put an end to the confusion. It can also protect the rear derailleur from damage by allowing it to move backwards in the event of impacts. The small chamfer on the inside prevents chain jamming if the chain does fall off a small sprocket.
