TUNE front wheel 28" Schwarzbrenner 45 Skyline | quick release
The Schwarzbrenner 45 Skyline is the lightest aero wheelset in the Tune program. With a weight of only 1283 grams (wheel set) and its aerodynamic rim profile, it is the first choice for both the high mountains and the flatlands. Its 45 millimeter high rims are very easy to handle even in cross winds. In order to achieve the highest possible quality standard, the carbon rims are manufactured by a braiding robot. They have an extremely high impact strength, which is why they easily cope with potholes. Thanks to their outstanding temperature resistance of 245 °C, they also offer sufficient reserves for long and steep descents.
The rim revolves around the super light Tune Mig Skyline hub. The impeller is laced with Sapim CX-Super bladed spokes. Their carbon-reinforced straightpull hub flanges for non-cranked spokes ensure better transmission of braking forces to the rim. The built-in ceramic bearings reduce the frictional resistance of the hubs and help you save a few watts. In order to meet the highest quality standards, the Schwarzbrenner 45 is assembled and centered by hand at Tune in the Black Forest.
