The XC13 is an all-round MTB tire for cross-country and marathon use. The profile is designed for speed and comfort, making it ideal for use in dry conditions and less demanding terrain.
Oil Silica Thread Compound
This rubber compound has been specially developed for cross-country MTB tires. Traction is improved by blending oil with a polymer compound and active silica while reducing rolling resistance.
Vectran Puncture Barrier
This puncture protection system is located just under the tire tread and on the sidewalls. The puncture protection is based on Vectran liquid-crystal polymer fibers (LCP), which results in excellent cut resistance and impact resistance in combination with a low weight.
