The TRP G-Spec TR12 rear derailleur is the guarantee for a smooth ride and permanently precise function. The reason for this superior function is the Hall-Lock developed by John Hall, which prevents unwanted movements on the rear derailleur attachment. A "Ratchet Clutch" on the cage is also used to keep the chain in place in all situations. All these technical refinements help to reduce chain slap to a minimum and to carry out every gear change precisely.

Ergonomics was the top priority during development. Working closely with Aaron Gwin, TRP engineers have designed a shifter that supports the natural movement of the thumb, allowing full control even in the most difficult conditions.
