TRICKSTUFF Ferodo brake fluid super formula 500 ml
Braking like Formula One - hard, safe, reliable. This requires a stiff brake caliper and excellent brake pads, but also a suitable medium for loss-free power transmission from the lever to the brake caliper.
Trickstuff has been commissioned by FERODO, the world's leading manufacturer of brake components for racing cars and racing motorcycles, to exclusively sell the unique super formula brake fluid and also to provide technical advice.
Although this brake fluid was originally developed for motor racing, it is particularly suitable for use in bicycles - hardly any other brake system places higher demands on the brake fluid, because brake calipers and brake discs on bikes are extremely light and therefore have a relatively low thermal capacity. This increases the risk of vapor lock formation and spontaneous failure enormously.
Superformula is the brake fluid with the highest boiling point of all brake fluids: 330 °.
No other liquid even comes close to this value.

Superformula is extremely thin and stable in compression, which noticeably reduces the manual force required to achieve a certain brake pressure and improves the controllability of the brake system (leaner hysteresis).
It is fully compatible with DOT 4 and DOT 5.1. Small residues of the previous brake fluid in the system do not impair the excellent properties of Superformula.
