With the ultra-light C21 brake caliper for racing bikes and gravel bikes, the Trickstuff company from Baden offers a solution when it comes to optimizing your braking system. Of course you can also connect it to mountain bikes with flatmount mount use.
The milled, two-part brake calliper offers enormous rigidity with low weight and excellent heat management. Thanks to the large 22 mm stainless steel pistons, braking power is available in every imaginable situation. The pistons are 4 mm larger in diameter than the 18 mm pistons used by SRAM and generate significantly more braking force with the same hand force on the lever.
Compatibility SRAM brake line
If you want to use the Trickstuff ring connector, you can do this in combination with the Trickstuff brake line or with a Sram brake line. Brake lines can be mounted on Sram brake pumps with Trickstuff M8x0.75 connections.
ATTENTION: Despite the BIONOL marking on the filler opening, the C21 brake caliper is only approved for use with DOT 5.1 brake fluid! It is not approved for the use of Bionol or other mineral oil! To assemble the brake line you also need the Trickstuff ring connector 46188 from our shop.
