Victory with TIME - whether on the road or off-road
TIME was founded in 1987 in Nevers, France, and dedicated itself to the development of clipless pedal systems. The focus
on optimising the ergonomics of pedal movement and the associated perfection of performance in relation to comfort.
The successes were not long in coming: Tour de France victories and top placings at Paris-Roubaix, Giro d'Italia and the
Olympic Games can be attributed to TIME. Following the successes in the road bike sector, TIME expanded its portfolio to include mountain bike pedals,
which have also made history. Julien Absalon, Greg LeMond, Tom Boonen, Anna van der Breggen and Miguel Indurain battled with TIME
(successfully) for many years.
In 2021, TIME was acquired by SRAM and expanded its portfolio to include pedals for road and mountain bikes. With this
background and expertise under the SRAM umbrella brand, another chapter of TIME is now open:
