From 2015, Thomson took over the development in the US itself. The handlebar is made of high-strength Toray carbon fibers using a special process. This allows a wrinkle-free layup of carbon mats. The handlebar is thus durable durable and stiffer, since the mats are optimally arranged. It can be used with different tensile strengths and tensile moduli three different fiber types.
