SHIMANO Dura Ace road bike group R9100 | 2x 11-speed
Complete set of the mechanical Shimano high end road bike group for rim brakes
This Dura Ace complete set is ideal for drivers who are looking for the best drive and shift performance with low weight. The Dura Ace group offers the high shifting precision and speed that Shimano is used to.
Dual control shift lever
The mechanical dual control lever of the R9100 series offers a shorter stroke, an adjustment range with more range for a precise lever position and facilitates front shifting for fast and intuitive shifting (and braking) in all situations. Further improvements are the new material of the cover and the comfortable ergonomic shape of the lever for more hold.
With their narrower and elegant croissants, the 11-speed ST-R9100 levers have improved ergonomics that not only lead to increased comfort, but also to improved control.
The new Dura-Ace BR-R9100 brakes reduce friction due to their optimized design with symmetrically arranged double joint and double bearing in the axes of rotation, but at the same time increase efficiency and controllability.
The elegant rim brake of the R9100 series with its lightweight two-joint brake caliper offers maximum precision for better control and more reliability in the race. The rim brake is easy to set and maintain thanks to easy tool access and the ability to change wheels quickly.
The new Dura Ace crankset is characterized by a very high shifting performance. The gear changes are carried out with high precision.
This is achieved through their wider HOLLOWTECH II arm and a reinforced outer chainring on their unique asymmetrical spider construction with four arms. The new R9100 cranks meet the highest standards in terms of rigidity and lightness.

RD-R9100 short cage
The 11-speed DURA-ACE rear derailleur has been equipped with low-friction polymer-coated cables to enable easier, faster operation. This new rear derailleur is also ready for direct mounting, which provides a stiffer base for improved shifting operations and minimizes the chance of frame damage from collisions.
The derailleur cable routing has been adjusted to further reduce the force when shifting. The precise and easy adjustment of the derailleur offers more cable routing options and an integrated adjustment of the tension. With its optimized gear ratio in combination with the ST-R9100 shift | Brake levers and the coated cables, the new Dura Ace derailleur ensures both shorter lever travel and lower shifting forces.
Silky smooth gear changes are the hallmark of every Dura Ace group. The cassettes make a significant contribution to this outstanding shift feeling. With tooth shapes and shifting aids perfectly matched to the chain, changing gears can almost be described as sliding the chain between different sprockets. An intelligent material mix of aluminum, steel and titanium increases the service life, but at the same time reduces the weight of the cassette.
The use of a high-quality steel alloy and the adaptation of each individual inner and outer plate enables excellent shift quality and smoothness. Furthermore, the chain was designed to be directional and offers particularly little surface for mud and dirt.
High-quality and multi-sealed bearings complete the overall package of Dura Ace switch groups. The bearings are designed in all common standards and shine with the silky smooth barrel typical of Shimano.
Weight of the racing bike group: from 1949g (without bottom bracket)
