Syncro's integrated cockpit concept blurs the line between components and frames, creating a seamless unit that functions as a complete system, rather than as a collection of parts. SL CARBON LAYUP
The Syncros Superlight SL Series uses high-quality carbon fiber and construction techniques to produce components that are on average 10% lighter yet offer the same performance and durability.
UD CARBON
The basis of the Syncros carbon components are the fibers. Syncros mainly uses unidirectional carbon fibers because they are characterized by higher tensile strength and higher tensile modulus compared to braided carbon fibers.
COMPRESSION MOLDED
This process normally produces non-moldable, complicated parts and molds. The material used is poured into the heated mold. This is closed and pressure applied to press the material under the action of heat in the desired shape. Heat and pressure are continued until the material has hardened.
