The rim height of 60 mm guarantees excellent streamlining, but still has a certain degree of flexibility and comfort. Nevertheless, it is stiff enough to provide excellent directional stability even on fast descents. In addition to stability and aerodynamics, the cross-section of the rim plays an important role in performance. Syncros opted for a hookless rim flange.
