SWISSSTOP Brake Pads Disc D-26 Exotherm 2 for Avid Elixir | SRAM XX
Thanks to their aluminum carrier plate with integrated cooling ribs, SwissStop Exotherm 2 linings release the heat generated during braking much faster than conventional brake linings. Overheating of pads and brake disc is thus effectively counteracted and significantly reduces the risk of brake fading. Since the braking performance of a disc brake decreases with increasing temperature, the Exotherm 2 carrier plate also makes the braking performance higher and more constant over other pads.
