SRAM XX1 Eagle crank 1x12 GXP | X-SYNC 2 Direct Mount chainring 32 teeth
The Evolution of Sram XX1 group carries the nickname Eagle to German eagle. If you look at the details of the group, the name makes perfect sense. While often compromises had to go with the 11-speed cassette with 10-42 teeth gradation of XX1 cassette and either the fastest or the slowest gear was missing, one is with the 12x XX1 cassette Eagle with its huge gradation of 10-50 teeth in any intended use free as an eagle. Sram manages the XX1 Eagle unite the advantages of 2-way and 1-way drive: A Translation margin of 500%, which is at the level of 2-groups, in conjunction with the easier-to-handle and lighter 1 times Drive.
Visually, the XX1 Eagle crank has hardly changed compared to the previous version. But appearances are deceptive. A completely hollow structure of carbon crank arms and the elimination of the foam core has led to a significant weight savings compared to the 1x11 version. Allows this type has the SRAM Carbon Tuned production method by which the XX1 Eagle crank is one of the lightest and stiffest on the market. Is complemented by the new crank X-Sync 2 Direct Mount chainrings. They feature a distinct smoother running of the chain and better self-cleaning in muddy conditions. With the proven alternating thick-thin tooth profile which is matched to the XX1 Eagle chain, keeping the X-Sync 2 chainrings chain always safe in its place.
