With the G2 RE, SRAM offers a brake for E-MTBs suitable for trails. The higher average speeds and the larger mass of the bicycles naturally also require a brake that brings everything to a standstill with ease.
The combination of the proven G2 R lever and a Gravity-compatible 4-piston brake caliper of the Code result in a total package with maximum stability and control on the trail.
In order to be able to assemble everything as cleanly as possible, the encoder on the handlebar is compatible with Sram's proven Matchmaker system. This makes it possible to accommodate your brake, the gear lever or the remote control of your lowerable seat post on just one clamp.
