SRAM hub front Predictive Steering Straightpull hub 15 mm axle for Rock Shox RS-1
In order to take full advantage of the stiffness of the Rock Shox RS-1 suspension fork and its upside-down system, SRAM has developed the Predictive Steering System. It includes a special hub, which makes an extremely rigid connection with the dropouts of the fork. This makes possible a large-sized axle inside the hub body, which has very large end faces. Combined with the 15 mm axle of the suspension fork, the system achieves outstanding stiffness.
The hub body of the SRAM hub is 3D-forged and rotates around 2 large, double-sealed grooved ball bearings. By using straight straightpull spokes, the load on the spokes is reduced and the risk of spike breaks reduced to a minimum!
