SPONSER ampoules Activator with caffeine Fruit Mix | 25ml
Caffeine contributes to improving endurance and concentration and helps to increase alertness. It has been used in sports for over 100 years. It was not until the 1970s that targeted studies were carried out to investigate the performance-enhancing effect in sport. Recent studies demonstrate the effectiveness of caffeine as a performance-enhancing supplement. Activator contains 200 mg of caffeine from natural caffeine as well as from plant extracts and combines caffeine in free and bound form. Suitable for sports in which attention and concentration are required, e.g. in ball sports or martial arts. Activator is also used successfully by endurance athletes. Runners, bikers and triathletes also use Activator as a caffeine booster in the final stages of endurance events.

Consumption recommendation
- Take about 1 hour before exercise according to the following weight table:
50kg - ¾-1 ampoules
60kg - 1 ampoules
70-80kg - 1¼-1½ ampoules
90 kg - 1½ ampoules
100 kg - 1½-2 ampoules
- Effect develops after approx. 1 hour, effect lasts approx. 2-3 hours
- after 3 h in case of long-term exposure, take it again
Tube contains 200 mg of caffeine, not recommended for children and pregnant women
