For the new DURA-ACE 9100 series, Shimano has redeveloped every single system component to create the most innovative component group of all time, to which a disc brake variant is now added.
Like its mechanical counterpart, a shorter stroke, the R9120 series dual-control lever for hydraulic disc brakes offers a wider range of adjustment with more range and facilitates gear shifts for quick and intuitive shifting in all situations. The new disc brakes also allow a higher and better metered braking force in all weather conditions.
Other enhancements include the new cover material and the convenient ergonomic shape of the lever for added grip. With their narrower and more elegant croissants, the 11-speed ST-R9120 levers feature improved ergonomics that not only increase comfort, but also improve control.
