SHIMANO cover for EW-SD300 cables | EW-CC300
This cover is used to route the cables of the Di2 and STEPS components externally (outside) along the frame. The cover is simply glued onto the frame, thus enclosing the cable between the frame and the cover. The adhesive surfaces are self-adhesive. In preparation, the down tube of the frame only needs to be thoroughly cleaned and degreased.

Please do not use detergent or soapy water for degreasing. These often leave residues in the form of fragrances, skin care ingredients, etc. and affect the adhesive points. Organic solvents such as alcohol and white spirit are recommended. These usually do not attack paints and carbon (please test in an inconspicuous place). It is not advisable to use agents such as Brunox, WD40, universal thinner, etc.
