Schwalbe's new love interest is the queen of all-rounders in Gravity Sport.
In this model of Schwalbe, the best features of Muddy Mary and Dirty Dan are united.
With her shoulder lugs she clutches at every turn aggressively into the ground, holding the grip. The Intermediate profile provides control on almost all soil conditions and even on stony trails a good choice. Through the open profile the tire also cleans in wet ground as if by magic.
Star Trail is recommended especially for enduro and freeride tours on the front wheel, rear wheel as in rougher intended use it offers extra grip in slightly increased wear.
Schwalbe uses three different rubber compounds for tire to the best properties to be combined.
In Trailstar is the center of the tread of a grippy rubber compound showing a rather low wear. The shoulder lugs are made to make sure of an extra soft mixture to a good lateral support. The carcass consists of a highly elastic, slightly walkendem rubber for low rolling resistance.
A light and flexible woven layer on the sidewall make the tires less sensitive to lateral carcass penetrations by sharp stones.
Innovative tire concepts for professional use. These tires are for Schwalbe's highest standards of quality and innovation.
A new page monofilament fabric brings three advantages over the previous SnakeSkin fabric:
Even better cut resistance, increased breakdown security and especially allows an extremely lightweight tubeless conversion. The use of sealing liquid is required, but the installation is otherwise just as easily as in real tubeless tires. Lange conversion processes with intensive shaking and frequent re-inflation are no longer with Tubeless Easy
