The construction of the H3 is very simple. The two side struts only have to be unfolded and it stands securely on the ground. Now just mount the cassette and bike and you're ready to go.

The Saris H3 works perfectly with the most popular training apps and software programs to create the ultimate indoor training experience. It can be connected to your smartphone, tablet or PC via Bluetooth or ANT +. Of course, the training data can also be displayed and saved on ANT + or Bluetooth-enabled bike computers.
