There was a long wait for some movement in the spoke market and the disappointment that the novelty "titanium spoke" brought with it was great. Now the manufacturer Sapim dares to introduce an innovation in the range and knows how to convince. The Sapim "Superspoke" is truly a miracle: 20% more durable than its predecessor and significantly lighter. When lacing, the spoke turned out to be more torsionally stiff than expected. It's a little softer than a CX-Ray, but that doesn't get in the way of a stable wheel. In addition, the omission of the heavily stressed spoke arch eliminates a potential break point and thus further minimizes the susceptibility to punctures.
