With Flight Attendant, RockShox has launched the first automatic suspension system that reacts in real time to every imaginable situation.
Flight Attendant uses a range of sensors to gather driver and terrain data to find the perfect landing gear position and setup. So you can ride faster and longer, spend less time adjusting your suspension and have more energy for what matters most: unlimited riding pleasure. To achieve this, a series of sensors on the fork, de, damper and in your crank work together to detect bumps, every incline and every pedal stroke and adjust your suspension accordingly. RockShox uses the same radio standard as your other AXS components. Crystal-clear communication and a beautiful, wireless design make your bike an absolute highlight.
Engineered to scientific standards on thousands of trail miles around the globe, the Flight Attendant's algorithm does all the complex thinking for you. The upgrade kit is tailored to the bike model specified in the offer.
THREE POSITIONS, ONE FLOWING RIDE
Life isn't black and white, or as simple as on or off. The balance is often somewhere in between. A three-tier system offers the driver more options and efficiency gains in more situations. With "Open", "Pedal" and "Lock" compression positions, the Flight Attendant algorithm finds the best connection to the trail while providing the right level of support and comfort.
OPEN
If you are chasing new best times on your favorite trail towards the valley, the open position allows you to use the full spring travel of your chassis.
PEDAL
The guarantee for efficiency. The pedal position creates a stiff ride and suppresses excessive bobbing of the fork and shock. Your invested energy is converted into propulsion in the best possible way without your tires losing traction.
LOCK
Your suspension is most taut in the lock position. The ideal basis for mastering long climbs on smooth surfaces in the shortest possible time.
