The Svelt is designed for full throttle and combines excellent acceleration characteristics with grip and driving comfort on hard surfaces. The development engineers wanted to design a tire that would impress with its low rolling resistance and would be ideal for cross-country and marathon use. Thanks to the two rubber mixtures of the medium compound, the tire ensures acceleration on the one hand and at the same time offers the necessary grip in the curves. The XCC carcass provides adequate protection despite the low overall weight.
Medium compound
This is a combination of a harder rubber compound in the tread area and a softer rubber compound for the side knobs of the tyre. The result is an all-round tire with low rolling resistance, sufficient cornering grip and low wear. Perfect for cross country, down country and marathon use.
XCC case
The construction of the carcass is designed for maximum speed and optimized with regard to a low overall weight. This makes this tire the first choice for cross country, down country and marathon riders.
TLR
A special construction on the tire bead that quickly and reliably seals the contact zone between tire and rim. This technology works in perfect harmony with Onza® tires Seal Up! sealing liquid.
