High Definition Optics® (HDO®)
The patented innovative high definition optic technology achieves a unique optical accuracy and quality. A wide range of optional lens colors enables a reliable reduction in glare, better color perception, stronger contrast and optimized depth perception. The optionally available Oakley polarizing lenses block annoying glare without the side effects such as clouding and distortion that are so annoying with conventional polarized lenses.
Plutonite®
The lens material Plutonite® filters out 100% of the UVA, UVB and UVC radiation as well as harmful blue light components in the range up to 400 nm.
Unobtainium®
The temple ends and the nose pad are coated with a material that provides a stronger hold for the glasses in the event of increased perspiration. Thus, the glasses sit securely and firmly at all times.
Glass color Prizm 24K Polarized
Optically absolutely noble all-purpose glass, which is ideally suited for bright light conditions with a light transmission of 11%. The polarized lenses enable almost complete glare reduction thanks to over 99% polarization efficiency. This eliminates annoying glare and reflections (for example on wet asphalt).
