NINER mountain bike frame 29 "SIR 9 Steel | forge gray / white 2017
The SIR 9 is used as single-speed bike or multi-speed bike and conveys with its fantastic Reynolds frame feel "Steel is Real". The SIR 9 is based on Niner-specific Reynolds 853 tubing and additionally features the new ultra-light eccentric bottom bracket shell. The Breezer style dropouts open up the possibility to accept the derailleur mounting to ensure a clear line in single-speed operation. The bottom bracket system biocentric II of Niner is only 100g the lightest eccentric bottom bracket system on the market. Apart from the low weight, has the biocentric II EBB a much larger adjustment range than other designs, resulting in an easy adjustment of the chain tension and the use of conventional dropouts allows.
The SIR 9 is universally applicable. It can be spontaneously used as a single-speed racer to 27-speed to go the next moment when Tansalp Challenge at the start. Who is not sure which setup is right for the use, can try with the SIR 9 all bike variants.
