The RIP 9 RDO is Niners Trail Bike flagship par excellence. The first generation of the RIP in aluminum has been hailed by the five largest journals from the United States and has received awards as "Best 29er of the year".
The version in Carbon was also very well received by the drivers and the media, so that the RIP 9 is already recognized as the benchmark of all-mountain category not only 29er bikes.
The house CVA suspension technology allows a very efficient suspension that actively and smoothly in every situation over a spring travel of 125 mm. The perfect balance is achieved together with a fork from 120 to 140 mm. The award-winning framework benefits greatly from the new design and manufacturing technologies, which have been taken into account in all frame parts from the head tube to dropout.
Each detail is Niner asked if they can make it even better. Integrated cable routing for circuit and lowerable seatpost, ISCG 05 recording belong to appearance as Frame Protection and Skid Plate titanium plates under the bottom bracket.
We recommend 2-fold cranksets such as SRAM 26/29 or less, Shimano XT 28/40 or less, Shimano XTR 26/38. XTR with 40 teeth is not recommended, because contact with the frame is possible.
