Mondraker was born from the passion for mountain biking by Spanish downhill racer Miguel Pina 2001 to develop modern mountain bikes with a clear design language and innovative performance features such as the Zero Suspension System and Forward Geometry in the highest quality. Bikes that make the difference. Bikes that win! These approaches represent the foundations of Mondraker's corporate philosophy and are naturally lived by all employees, team riders, which is also reflected in the new headquarters opened in 2021 in Alicante, Spain, on the Costa Blanca. Who has always wondered where the name Mondraker comes from? It is derived from the cartoon hero "Mandrake - the Magician".

The Foxy is the icon in the Spanish portfolio. The all-purpose weapon has now been designed even more for "Enduro" and can be ridden with up to 170 mm travel at the front. Nevertheless, it remains a nippy and versatile bike. The 150 mm travel at the rear offers you enough reserves to get through rougher terrain quickly and safely. At the same time, the Foxy can be pedalled uphill just as efficiently and quickly, giving you maximum riding pleasure.
Of course, a high value was placed on aesthetics and design during the development. The cables and lines enter the frame through the headset at the front and, thanks to the HHG Cable Routing System, run completely internally and ensure a tidy look. Another visual highlight is the carbon monobloc headset rocker, which gives the frame that extra bit of stiffness in conjunction with the longer lower rocker. The down tube of the main frame has a bottle cage attachment designed for the FIDLOCK system. The FIDLock baseplate is integrated so deeply into the frame that only the two magnetic holders protrude. With the adapter plate supplied, any conventional bottle cage can be mounted. In addition, there is a tool mount on the underside of the top tube, to which a corresponding holder for a hose and CO2 cartridge can be attached. The integrated down tube protection provides the necessary safety against stone chipping.
Of course, the engineers at Mondraker know that riding pleasure is not only defined by the suspension travel and handling of a bike. Maintenance and care also have a significant influence on riding enjoyment. To keep maintenance as low as possible, the Raze has sealed "Enduro Max" bearings and an integrated splash guard for the shock. So nothing stands in the way of the next bad weather ride. The frame also has a few other useful features that significantly increase the fun on the trails. With the flip chip integrated in the shock mount, the seat and steering angles can be adjusted up to 0.5° flatter, which increases the length of the chainstays by 10 mm and shortens the reach by 4 mm.

Forward Geometry
Behind the Forward Geometry developed and established by Mondraker is the concept of the combination of "longer" Reach and short stem in conjunction with a shorter fork offset. It basically results in a more sensitive and direct steering response. You get more sovereignty at high speeds, because the extended wheelbase increases the running stability on all surfaces. It also increases safety in steep, downhill sections. With the Forward Geometry, the front center of your bike is longer, which means the front wheel axle is located, compared to an average standard geometry, further forward. This increases stability and thus reduces the risk of rollovers in steep and technically challenging passages. At the same time, the perceived flatter angles provide a confidence-inspiring driving experience. The combination with a short stem improves steering precision and allows for extremely agile handling. At the same time, the longer front center keeps the front wheel better on the ground and makes it easier for you to ride uphill in steep passages.

Stealth Air Carbon
This technology allows the precise placement and alignment of carbon mats according to the requirements of each model. The result is a frame with the best ratio of strength, stiffness, vibration damping as well as weight in the unmistakable Mondraker design.

Zero Suspension System
This is a high-performance suspension system developed in-house by Mondraker. The goal is to achieve the highest possible efficiency of the drive with maximum performance of the chassis. Like the Stealth Air Carbon, the Zero Suspension System is individually designed for each Mondraker model and tailored to the appropriate requirements. The Zero Suspension System is based on the Dual Link design and thus falls into the category of suspension systems with a virtual pivot point. In this case, the damper floats between two suspension links and is compressed at both ends. Accordingly, the rear end reacts extremely sensitively to the smallest bumps and generates rich grip, while at the same time the suspension does not harden under braking. Of course, the chassis can also take away rough impacts after drops. Furthermore, this system reduces the pedal kickback to a minimum, even when fully utilizing the suspension travel, the length of the chainstays changes minimally.
