MICHELIN Wild Rock'R2 27.5 | 650B x 2.35 Advanced, Reinforced, MagiX, TL-Ready
The unique profile of the Michelin Wild ROCK'R² Advanced Reinforced provides the best possible compromise between an excellent smooth running and excellent braking capacity. Tubeless Ready!
A tire which all expectations - even under the most demanding driving conditions - met:
Excellent performance on angles: The massive tread blocks on the tire shoulder allow safe driving, even in remarkable inclinations.
Outstanding grip: A variety of integrated sipes in the tread blocks improve not only their mobility, but attenuates beyond excess energy whilst providing liability. The tire is available in both the compounds MAGI-X Series and GUM-X series.
In the tread offer arranged in alternating transverse and longitudinal standing tread blocks in the form of "teeth" a very good smooth running and excellent braking capacity. Thanks to the so-called "Reinforced Technology", provides the tire even under the most difficult conditions safer driving. Further possible with this technology, a compromise between mass and resistance. This is particularly crucial in enduro use.
MICHELIN MAGI-X series is the latest generation of rubber compounds in the field of MTB, which was developed especially for enduro use
Developed and used already in the contest "Enduro World series", this performance-optimized rubber compound provides excellent grip on angles and excellent braking ability under extremely difficult driving conditions. MICHELIN MAGI-X series is basically intended for use as a front tire.
In order to achieve a safe and controlled driving on challenging and unforgettable enduro routes, recommends the Bibendum, the Michelin rubber compound GUM-X series as a rear tire and the rubber compound Magi-X series to drive a front tire.
The tires of the series "Advanced Technology" by virtue of their properties provide an even better performance: A special profile, a new rubber compound (GUM-X) and a new design of the carcass (Reinforced Technology).
For even more resistant carcass
Thanks to the additional protective layer of wire to wire makes the MICHELIN Reinforced technology carcass even more resistant to damage on the sides and protects against punctures by shocks or perforation.
Lightweight and flexible aramid collapsible cores
For his bicycle tire MICHELIN uses two types of Faltkernen: flexible and hard collapsible cores.
The flexible collapsible cores were invented and developed by MICHELIN and consist exclusively of aramid fibers, which are used for example in bullet-proof vests intended use.
This textile fiber is very resistant, with very low weight, so per tire between 40 and 70 grams of weight can be saved.
The road and mountain bike tires from MICHELIN High Performance all have flexible collapsible cores.
