METI thru axle titanium | SID / SID SL
The thru-axle made in Italy is made of high-strength grade 5 titanium on high-quality CNC machines. The material used is extremely resistant to corrosion and has a higher tensile strength than the otherwise used aluminum. In addition, the axle creates a very stiff connection between the dropout and the hub.
The thru axle offered here is suitable for RockShox forks with 15x100 mm dropouts such as SID, Reba, Pike, Revelation or Niner rigid forks. It also fits with 15x110 mm SID SL forks from Mj. 2021.
We recommend applying a thin layer of copper paste to the thread during assembly to prevent contact corrosion. The torque specified on the axle must be observed.
