Hubs DT Swiss 240 EXP
Lighter, stiffer, more precise and easier to maintain - these are the strengths of the newly launched DT Swiss 240 hubs. These properties were achieved through Ratchet EXP technology. With this, the hubs not only require fewer components and therefore lower weight and less wear, it also allows the bearing on the drive side to be placed significantly further out. The larger distance between the bearings results in greater hub rigidity, lower bearing load and therefore greater durability. The stiffness on the hub body serves to distribute the load on the spokes more evenly. Driving and braking forces are transferred even better from both spoke flanges to all spokes. One-sided load peaks are prevented, which protects the hub, spokes and rim. The proven toothed disk freewheel system with its large contact surface and 36 locking points ensures extremely direct and reliable power transmission.
MCFK carbon rims 35 mm
These light, stable and beautifully crafted carbon rims come from the lightweight construction specialist from Leipzig. The hookless construction not only makes mounting the tires easier, it also ensures a more stable rim flange because the carbon fibers can be placed consistently. Laminated spoke holes instead of conventional drilled spokes provide extra stability and durability. The asymmetrical structure of the rims allows for more even spoke tension, which further increases the rigidity of a complete wheel. With an enormous internal width, these rims offer enough space for even wide tires. The best conditions for increased comfort and optimal traction.
