Maxxis latest coup for 29 "all-mountain bikes!
With the new wider tires Maxxis continues to be realized 3C Triple Compound profile. The different layers in the tread blocks are to provide with their respective hardness for less rolling resistance, long life and high grip. The low weight is achieved by the known fine carcass 120.
First tests confirm that the structure of the tire and the individual tread blocks for wet, loose and hard surfaces are suitable.
Tubeless Ready (TR)
tube tubeless tires have many advantages: You can drive with less air pressure. This provides better traction and rolling resistance decreases. And where no tube is also the risk of breakdown is reduced. MAXXIS TR tires are better prepared for the assembly with sealing milk than other "tubeless Ready" tires. The bead our TR tire is that of a real Tax tube losreifen complete with a layer of rubber coated. This is the tube losmontage on all wheels with standard dimensions already at the first inflation and with little liquid successful.
Even "normal" MAXXIS MTB tire can be mounted with sealant such as tires from other manufacturers Tubeless because the carcass are very tight.
Officially released for tubeless assembly and guaranteed by MAXXIS but only the new MAXXIS TR models. Carried the tubeless assembly of other models at your own risk.
Note: We advise strongly against the use of ammonia-resistant milk. Ammonia attacks proved the carcass and can this, quantity depending on the used, after a few months weaken up to 30%.
This extremely cut and abrasion-resistant material protects the sidewall of various MTB tires. It is very tightly woven, lightweight and very flexible. Thus, the performance of the tire remains unchanged convincingly good.
Two different rubber compounds are processed into a tread strip. The arrangement of the blends, we plan on the desired properties of the tires.
