Tubeless Ready (TR)
Tubeless tires have many advantages: You can drive with less air pressure. This provides improved traction and reduced rolling resistance. And where there is no tube, also decreases the risk of breakdown. MAXXIS TR tires are better prepared for the installation with sealing milk than others 'Tubeless Ready' tires. The bulge of our TR tires is completely covered like a real UST tubeless tires with a rubber layer. Thereby the Schlauchlosmontage is successful for all rims with standard dimensions already at the first inflation and with little liquid.
Even "normal" MAXXIS MTB tire can be mounted with sealant such as tires from other manufacturers Tubeless because the carcass is very dense.
But officially released for Tubeless mounting and guarantees from MAXXIS are the new MAXXIS TR models. The tubeless assembly of other models at your own risk.
Note: We recommend strictly on the use of ammonia-resistant milk. Ammonia attacks demonstrated to the carcass and, this, the amount used depends on the, after a few months up to 30% weakening.
3C Maxx Speed
Our fastest 3C mixture for XC and some AllMountain / Enduro tire is designed by the hard base and the rapid mixing in the tread center at least rolling resistance, but provides with the handy side compound plus superior cornering grip, even when wet. Typically MAXXIS is also the very long service life.
