The Swedish brand Maurten offers a variety of sports nutrition products. It was named after Mårten, a triathlete and family friend of the company's founder and entrepreneur Olof Sköld. The Solid is a performance-focused bar made with an oat and rice base. The mix box contains both the classic Solid 225 bar and the Solid C 225 bar with cocoa. Both bars have a natural, sweet taste and are an ideal source of carbohydrates and fiber, making them the perfect complement to the hydrogel. Each solid contains 225 calories and 44g carbohydrates. The bars have an optimal salt content to replenish sodium levels and are ideal as pre- and post-trip snacks.
