The Solid C 225 is a performance-focused bar made from oat and rice bases. The bar contains cocoa and therefore offers a delicious taste alternative. It has a natural, sweet taste and is an ideal source of carbohydrates and fiber, which is the perfect complement to the hydrogel. Each Solid C contains 225 calories and 44g carbohydrates. The bar has the optimal salt content to replenish sodium levels and is ideal as a pre- and post-ride snack.
