LUPINE helmet lamp Neo 4 1000 lumens | 3.5 Ah SmartCore
The Neo is Lupine's entry-level model. Despite the low price, it convinces with its luminosity, workmanship and quality Made in Germany. As with all Lupine headlights, the lamp head consists of a CNC-milled and black anodized aluminum housing.
A Cree XM-L2 chip of the latest generation is used as the light source in the Neo. A 3.5 Ah SmartCore battery is included with the Neo 4.
This results in a light duration of 2:30 hours at maximum brightness and up to 80 hours at the minimum level. With the help of the intelligent control electronics, the light levels can be adapted to the respective needs. You can choose between five pre-programmed light modes. When shipped from the factory, the Neo lights up in 3-step mode; a 2-step, 4-step or ECO mode can also be set by pressing the button longer. Additional functions such as SOS or Alpine emergency signal are also available.
The Li-Ion battery, which weighs 135 g, supplies the Neo with energy for up to seven nights. It can either be attached directly to the helmet or transported in a backpack with the extension cable. When developing the Neo, attention was paid to the special requirements of a headlamp. The robust, waterproof and only 50g lightweight aluminum housing of the Neo has a particularly low center of gravity and can therefore hardly be felt on your head. The illuminated image of the Neo ensures excellent illumination in the near and side areas and also offers enough range.
