The operation is done by a hexagon socket, this gives your bike minimalist look without any annoying levers. Unlike other products, LEONARDI uses a plastic disc on the head of the screw to minimize friction on the fork leg. This not only protects your fork, it also allows high torque, which results in a stiffer connection.
Note: In order to prevent the components from settling or wearing over the contact points over the course of time, it is always recommended to use a small amount of grease on the thread and on the screw head during assembly.
