The name Kool-Stop has always been associated with excellent braking and low wear. These features make Oregon, USA, top-of-the-line brake pads and can even boost the performance of your brakes.

The Aero Pro rubbers are made of sintered metal. The brake lining consists of an air-cooled aluminum heat sink for massive temperature reduction. This support plate made of aluminum, which is provided with cooling fins, helps to release the brake heat much better to the ambient air and to avoid overheating of the brake caliper and brake discs. Thus, fading is effectively counteracted and due to the slower temperature increase, brakes with Aero Pro rubbers have a more constant braking performance. The aluminum back plate is reusable. The replacement pads are available under part number KS-D635T.
