KCNC cassette 11-speed | Stainless steel MTB 11-42 teeth

KCNC presents one of the lightest stainless steel cassettes for modern 11-speed MTB drives. The motto is to clump instead of spill, which is why the cassette has an extremely complex CNC-milled aluminum spider on which the stainless steel pinions are riveted. The lightness of aluminum is used perfectly while the heavily loaded teeth are made of much more wear-resistant and durable stainless steel. Only the 42 tooth pinion is also made of aluminum and is integrated into the spider to save weight. But the cassette not only impresses with the clever combination of materials, the quality also speaks for itself. In contrast to many other lightweight cassettes, the pinions are optimized for gear changes.
As a high-quality and well thought-out lightweight solution, the toothing for the freewheel body is also adapted for lightweight freewheels made of aluminum. The two smallest sprockets are made from one piece and have a very wide contact surface to support yourself on the freewheel. The aluminum spider for the larger sprockets is also supported by a very wide profile. Notching in aluminum freewheels is extremely unlikely or even impossible!
