The Isadore brand was founded in 2013 by twin brothers Martin Velits and Peter Velits in Slovakia. Both were successful professional cyclists for many years and rode the Tour de France and the Vuelta a Espana several times, where Peter achieved a stage win (2008) and 3rd place (2010), among others. With Isadore, they transferred their experience from professional sport to the development of high-quality cycling clothing. Martin is responsible for product development, while Peter is in charge of operations. Since the end of their professional careers in 2016, they have focused entirely on the brand.
Isadore stands for the combination of performance, sustainability and contemporary design. In 2019, the brand set an important milestone in the field of sustainable cycling clothing with a jersey made from 100% recycled materials.
Especially in the transitional seasons, temperatures fluctuate quite dramatically throughout the day. That's where the Isadore leg warmers come in handy. Slip them on at the start of your tour early in the morning and you are well protected from the cold wind. When it gets warmer, they score points with their low weight and small pack size and disappear inconspicuously into your jersey pocket.
Thanks to the unique soft knitted structure, the leg warmers lie almost imperceptibly on your legs and keep them warm. Nevertheless, they are able to wick sweat away quickly, creating a very pleasant feeling on the skin. The moderate compression effect stimulates blood circulation and increases your performance. The anatomical cut and the silicone strips at the upper openings ensure an optimum fit and keep the leg warmers in place.
