HOPE bottom bracket stainless steel bearing Road BSA 68/73 mm
The popular saying is that it rains a lot on the "island". The British of Hope have made it their mission to develop a bottom camp that defies all influence of nature.
The base is made up of cups and a center sleeve made of CNC-milled aluminum. O-rings between the center sleeve and the bearing shells prevent water and dirt from getting into the interior of the inner bearing via the frame. Stainless steel ball bearings, which are manufactured by warehouse specialist INA for Hope in Switzerland, rotate in the bearing shells. The ball bearings are double sealed and additionally protected by a labyrinth seal.
The bearings are suitable for all cranks with Shimano Hollowtech II and Race Face X-Type Standard. With an additional kit, the bottom bracket axle suitable for SRAM / Truvativ cranks with GXP axle . The kit is available in our shop.
